Nothing to dislike.

We loved the food at Iguanas Restaurant, with a star waiter named Victor and excellent customer service. The staff made our stay pleasant and the hotel was both comfortable and affordable. The Cielito restaurant had a great staff member, Javier, and the breakfast had many options available. The boutique atmosphere was enjoyable, with attentive servers and all the amenities we needed. The AC worked well and the beds were comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is on a nice beach and faces the Caribbean sea. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view from the rooms. The rooms are average but comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel provides a range of activities, and the activities director is attentive and friendly.

The service in the restaurant can be lacking at times, with waiters not being attentive unless tipped.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cancun and had a great weekend experience. The hotel offered two amazing features - a spacious room with a king size bed and an ocean view. The location was also a key highlight, as it was in a quiet area but still close to lots of entertainment options. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff.

The Holiday express for two days was a great experience, allowing us to explore the city. The reception area was welcoming and the staff was friendly. We also enjoyed dining at a different restaurant called Daddy Rock, which added variety to our meals.

The food at Iguanas Restaurant was enjoyable, with Victor providing stellar service. the staff made my stay pleasant and the customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and affordability.
